The Montessori elementary program is a highly competitive alternative to traditional education. The first Montessori school was opened 100 years ago, with programs on six continents and almost every state in the U.S.

Our Wednesday early release days are an integral part of our program. They are designed to provide adequate teacher planning and program development opportunities for our administration and staff. After school care may be available for these days for an additional fee.

Tuition Rationale
The Island Montessori Academy tuition is based competitively on surrounding independent schools and institutions while offering the curricular excellence of a Montessori education. Since we are a non-profit organization, our proceeds circulate back through our program. A higher tuition stimulates program growth, capital and scholarship funds, and competitive teacher salaries, which will enrich the IMA community in years to come.

Program Materials Fee
There is a $375 Program Materials Fee payable upon submission of the Reservation Agreement and Enrollment Contract. This fee is non-refundable. However, it is applied to the purchase of supplies and materials for the student for the duration of their three-year program.

Discounts
There is a 25% sibling discount for families enrolling more than one child.

There is a $1,000 discount for St. Mark's parishioners in good standing. This discount will be applied to the semester following six months of said status.Your family may be eligible for more than one discount.
